In January 2021, the Virginia Legislature passed Senate Bill 1182, which includes an increase to the minimum limits for Bodily Injury Liability and Uninsured Motorist Bodily Injury. The minimum limit for both BI and UM increases to 30/60 effective January 1, 2022 for all new and renewal Personal Auto policies.
